Getting started

How do I create an account?

Download Lolipants from the App Store, open the app, and sign in with Apple or Google. We use your provider email to create your profile — no separate password to remember.

Which languages are supported?

Lolipants supports English and Arabic with RTL layout. Switch language from Settings in the app at any time.

What can I do in the design studio?

Pick a garment type and mannequin, layer fabrics and prints, use AI-assisted looks, add text, and save designs to your profile or publish to Showcase for the community.

Orders & delivery

How does ordering work?

Choose a saved design or commission from Showcase, confirm measurements and delivery details, agree a price with your tailor, pay securely in the app, then track status until delivery.

Why do you ask for my location?

Your location helps us assign the nearest available tailor and calculate delivery pricing. You can deny location access and enter your city manually, but coverage may be limited in some areas.

How long does delivery take?

Timelines depend on garment complexity, tailor availability, and your city. Estimated dates appear during checkout and in order updates. You'll receive push notifications when the status changes.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number. Once tailoring has started, changes may not be possible.

Measurements & camera

Why does the app request camera access?

Camera access powers AI-assisted measurement estimation and lets you capture images for custom prints. You can skip camera permissions and enter measurements manually where supported.

Why is microphone access listed?

Some camera libraries reference microphone APIs for video capture. Lolipants does not record audio unless you explicitly use a video feature that requires it.

Can I upload photos from my library?

Yes. Photo library access lets you pick existing images for design uploads and reference photos. You control which images you share.

Payments

How do I pay for an order?

Checkout uses our payment partner (Tap). Complete payment in the app before your order is sent to the tailor. You'll receive a confirmation when payment succeeds.

Do you store my card details?

No. Card data is handled by the payment provider. We only store order and receipt metadata needed to support your purchase.

I was charged but my order didn't appear

Email [email protected] with the amount, date, and the email on your Lolipants account. We'll reconcile with the payment provider and update your order.

Account & privacy

How do I turn off notifications?

Disable push notifications in iOS Settings → Lolipants, or toggle them off inside the app if the option is available on your build.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account and ask for deletion. We'll remove personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
